January Book Club: Atomic Habits

Join us for the January Book Club where we will be reading Atomic Habits by James Clear. This book is packed full of great ideas for creating good habits and re-routing bad habits. Simple ideas like changing your environment to accommodate a new, good habit or eliminating a bad one.

Each Friday this month, we will discuss five chapters from the book, answering questions and highlighting the high points and important take-aways.
