Rock Paper Sisters does not offer refunds on any purchases. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email hello@rockpapersis.com and we will address your concerns as quickly as possible.

Please include your name, order number and photos of damaged or defective items.

Defective item refunds will be issued in the form of an e-gift card for store credit, if applicable.
