Responsibilities
Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to, the following tasks.

ADMINISTRATIVE:
Schedule and administer ongoing marketing to-dos
Assist with meeting scheduling and cancellations
Proofread various types of content for clarity and grammatical accuracy
Monitor and maintain inboxes (Outlook, Instagram, Facebook)
BLOGGING:
Complete blog posts in Squarespace: writing/developing a minimum of four per month
Set all social outreaches for blog including Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter
Optimize blog posts for SEO on Squarespace including the use of Tags + Categories
Pitch blog posts to related businesses/organizations/blogs
Create blog images in Canva for optimization on Pinterest
WEBSITE:
Manage and update, as needed
Sweep website for all SEO opportunities: images, posts, etc.
NEWSLETTER:
Develop and schedule monthly newsletters based on previous content templates
Create free downloads via Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud for subscribers
Manage Mailchimp lists
PINTEREST:
Create and schedule Pinterest images with optimized captions + content
Engaged in pinning + engaging with other boards
Manage boards on Pinterest, creating additional boards, as needed
Add Rock Paper Sisters shoppable items to Pinterest for optimization
INSTAGRAM:
Schedule Instagram content with provided images + potential caption assistance
Engage with other Instagram accounts, creating relationships with clients + creatives
Assist with direct message responses and management
Update Links page on website to reflect needs for Instagram
FACEBOOK:
Create unique content specifically for Facebook
Schedule blog posts for Facebook
Assist with communication via Facebook
INFLUENCER:
Set-up educational opportunities
Proofread and assist with educational launches
Update Influencer pages and make pitches
Create networking opportunities and coordinate execution
